Please be sure to fill out all necessary forms online or plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill them out with us
Please leave valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for anything lost or stolen.
Please turn off the sound of all electric devices .
Children, as much as we love them, please make other arrangements for them unless they are receiving a service. Services for children/young adults must be at least 13 years of age and have a parent present.
Gratuity is always appreciated but left to the client’s discretion. Cash is preferred.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Due to the increased number of no shows and/or last minute cancellations, we are now requiring a credit card on file to book your appointment. If you cannot allow us at least 48 hours notification, we reserve the right to charge your card, gift card or package of $75!
If you No-show we will charge the full amount of your appointment on your card on file, gift card or package.
We value our clients and our staffs time, please use our reminders that are sent to give you a heads up if you can not make it to you appointment. Thank you in advance! Please contact our office if you're canceling outside of the 48 hour cancellation notification.
